That’s why we’ve completely upgraded our statistics and event logs to give you total visibility. All entry operations live in one guest list management system that unifies scanning, roles, access rules and real-time stats.

Know Exactly What Your Team is Doing 

Instead of wondering who scanned which guests and when, you can now see it all at a glance. Each controller’s activity is tracked from the date of their first and last scan to the exact number of tickets they processed. This makes it easy to balance workloads and make informed decisions about where to place people during busy hours.

Spot Traffic Peaks 

Your new entry flow dashboard shows when the venue is busiest, so you can prepare before lines form. If you notice a peak between 18:00–19:00, you’ll know to have more controllers ready at that time.

Track Every Ticket 

From unused tickets to those already scanned, you’ll have the numbers right in front of you. Need to find a specific guest? Use the search to pull up their ticket instantly.

Team’s Activity 

Every action is recorded in the event log: when someone deleted a ticket, adds a new team member, edits event details or changes access rules. Everything is traceable.

Advanced Scanning Filters

Filter scans by date, sector, controller, or ticket status whether it’s Checked In, Checked Out, or Second Attempt. That last one’s especially important: if someone tries to enter with a ticket that’s already been used, you’ll know instantly and can handle it on the spot.

Export & Share Reports 

Every stat, log, scan record can be exported with a single click. Share it with partners, keep it for your records, or use it for post-event analysis without any manual work.
