Each facility can be divided into zones. Even if a facility is a single physical location (e.g. a gym), different services or areas (e.g. pool, studio) can be treated as separate access zones. These zones help you:

• Define access permissions (not everyone can go everywhere)
• Simplify control by assigning entry by zone instead of room-by-room
• Monitor how people use different areas

Roles like Controller, Editor or Administrator can be assigned per facility, not just globally meaning someone might scan tickets at one gym but manage settings at another.

Long-Term Access Control

Facilities are not like events they don’t necessarily have a defined start or end date. In most cases, they operate continuously for months or even years. That’s why the system is built to support long-term access control. Access can be tied directly to a user’s active subscription or membership, with flexible scheduling options that define specific days or hours. Passes can be generated on an ongoing basis for selected users, while access lists can be updated manually, code only imput, auto generation or through CSV uploads.

Admin Control, Staff Roles & Visibility

Facility managers need different kinds of control. In the dashboard, you can:

• Add team members with assigned permissions
• Give access to specific facilities only

• View stats per guests: how often they access, what zone, and when
