How to use the service?

HotWay - Event Access, consists of two parts:

Work area on the website for managing events and tickets for them.

Applications Android and iOS (Apple) - for scanning tickets.

How to get started:

1. Register or log in to your account on the website.

2. In your personal account, go to the "Events" section and click on the "Add event" button

3. In the created event in the "Tickets" section - it is possible to add a list of tickets by importing a CSV file or manually.

4. To scan tickets, you need to download the application for Android or iOS (Apple). When you access the application under your account, you will see your created events by default. However, if you want to allow other people to scan tickets, you need to add administrators.
