As for ticket customization, we currently don’t have a dedicated sandbox for this, but you can always contact our support team — we can discuss the details and create a custom solution for you at an additional cost.

Yes, you can import a CSV file and tickets will be automatically generated for each participant.
After generating the tickets, you can send them manually by any method.
We do not position ourselves as an email distribution service, but if necessary, you can always contact our support team and we will discuss a possible solution.
The ticket can be resent from the system.
